How can att very fast ?!?

i am saw some mages how attack/casting spel. very fast(whit skill Death Spike) , i know for buffs...(i have this), but i still cant attack that fast!!How can att faster??Please answer!

Hmmm a necro with full buffs have cast speed. 1418 with baium +50 more cast. speed so where u see this big cast speed eventualy dynasty armor give a extra bonus, ..

Casting speed depends on a lot of things. try to see the buff section thaere you will find the apropiate buffs for a necro/soultaker. As for equipment DC set an SoM or arcana mace will do the trick. An if I recall good there are some dynasty riongs that give more cast speed. Ofc you didn't forgot about dyes.
