Hello I am new in the l2 world and I wana ask you guys from where i can buy or make tatto I am playing in 15x server there is no gm shop

In Rune there is a line of traders the other side of the gatekeeper to the castle. I think there are 4 altogether. One of these sells dyes, and there is also a symbol maker there as well. Symbol makers exist in almost all magic shops, dye sellers, I'm not so sure of-thats why I used the guys in Rune xP.
