Hello there.. I recived a post on my fourms from a member of this site. They advised to me that it may benifit my server to make a post about it here.
I want everyone to know that the server is very small only about 10 or so ppl on. Its a lil project i started in Feb and its become more of a full time job at the moment. Its a C5 server with most of the Skills, Noble and such working. yes its built off of L2j. Im not a wiz at java but what a better way to learn.
I have 2 GM's but seems my 2nd one who was in training up and left me.. not sure why. We try to do a few events from time to time. At the moment im trying to work the rest of the buggs outta the L2j C5 server code so its as close to offic as possable. As this server is hosted from my house its on a 15meg down/ 1meg upload Cable line with Static IP. Only prob is the Server Hardware is outdated. Its a AMD 1800+, 512 DDR, and an ATA 200 GIG HD.
My site takes donations but i dont offer rewards. the donations help me provide to u a Free server, ie this means pay for the IP costs and hopfully some day upgrade the Tower to a Dual CPU with 4 GIG of ram. to support more players. I did a test run and as we set at the moment the server starts to lag when we get about 150 players online. even less if most of them hang out in town or during seiges.
