Leveling up

How the hell do people level up so fast? I see people saying they get to 20 in a day or 2. It requires like 100 kills per level once you get to like 10 that means its like 1000 kills to get to 20 from lv 10, how do people level so fast?!

One thing is that most monsters have a weakness.. if they have played lineage before they know where to go and who to kill.
Also every character has his weak and strong sides... for example you can kill multiple monsters at the same time with a pole type weapon but that requires you to have a bigger defence and a polearm mastery would be good too..

How would you suggest a elf fighter that uses a dagger and bow to fight level up?

well I haven't played with elves and fighters much.. but basically I'd find some monsters who have a weakness to dagger or bow and then start shooting them from a distance and switch to dagger when they get close.

Hehe, I used 3-4 months to lvl up a spoiler to lvl 28, lol..
But, it's fun in lvl 20++, then you can o with other D-grade people and kill raid bosses, that's fun :D :D

Depend in what server you play, try to party with someone and level together, in that way you will level mush faster, also try get full buffed before you go level and try kill mobs higher than your lvl, you will get better experience and lvl faster.

Well, if you 've played l2 before, and leveled several characters, then you 'll find the way to level fast. One thing to remember: The best mob for leveling is the one that gives you many xp with a few hits. For example, if you are a mage, you 'll have to find mobs that you can kill with two spells, but give u much xp. The more u play l2, the more areas u'll have explored, so u'll know where to find those good mobs.


If you wanna level fast without getting stuck in front of your PC screen, you can pay a "fast leveling" service, that will level your character for a couple of bucks. It's like buying adena. To my mind: that's stupid. Moreover, you can bot, but if you get caught, you'll also get banned. That's what most ppl do.

Leveling fast can be achived by creating an attck type mage. Necromancer or Spellhowler is the best, at least from my point of view... You may like to check them out...

Fighters are not my type... ironic, I started L2 with fighters... :beat:
I wonder why I did not make a mage instead of that Shilen Knight... :think:

also, once uve fund the mob that gives lots of xp from not many hits, then try to find a group of them (3 or 4 or more, if ur lucky) and kill each in turn. this way, u wont have to wait long for the first one to respawn after uve killed the last one. u are now partaking in the glorious pasttime of "grinding" :P
