How to open the Gates?

I am in Devil's isle now, and there is many gates here, hihii :D :D
But, how can I open the Gates, do I need to do a quest?
Or a key, please help me..!?

I know its a Time Gate. You wait a few minutes and it will open for a minute or so, then close...etc

I might be wrong. Maybe other members can give us more info about it.
