What to choose? Paladin or Darkavenger ?

Pls help me to choose between Paladin or Darkavenger..

WhIch among this two chars than can do a big part in boss hunt, bosS raid, PvP, PvE, and can tank good plus can do good damage...

paladins best at pve, DA best at pvp is my experience. then again, havig a paladin support gets u lots of friends from among the gladis/titans(they all like a ToL) and overall, it makes a very nice supporting fighter(stun enemies, heal friends), whereas a DA works better by itself as it has the panther to support it.

Yes Thorgrimm is right, Paladins are more PvE character while Dark Avengers are more PvP.
However, in new updates Paladin is becoming more balanched too. But much parties like a DA because he can tank + deal some decent damage. The panter of the DA can also be used to kill archers, since they can't run away from it. For archer killing is a Paladin too weak and too slow.

But for hunting monsters in groups, I would say that a Paladin is better. You will be loved by all healers, since you can heal yourself! Then the healers don't have to stress so much.

I will say it once more, and this is sóóóó true.
There are 4 tanks, which you can devide in 2 groups:

Offensive Tanks
- Shillien Knight
- Dark Avenger

Defensive Tanks
- Temple Knight
- Paladin

paladin shield stun/shield bash give a more than resonable chance against archers(if they land, but i spose with an archer's low con, thats quite likely...) and an good archer can still kite a panther while killing the DA, its just a little harder in a mass pvp.....

Yes and the Paladin has a slow runspeed, so in 1v1 PvP the Paladin will never get close enough to stun the archer. And the archer can stunshot him!

I do not agree that a good archer can kite a panther while he fights a DA. A panther is fast, and the DA and the panther work as 2 seperate characters, so they can approach the archer from 2 directions and work him in a corner. But in open field pvp it is much harder.

depends how good u are at ur positioning and maneuver(something i suk at, the main reason i like titans>.>)
