who has the fastest attack speed?

can somebody tell me the character in L2 that has the fastest attack speed? and the character also that can use dual dagger if any...

fastest attack speed=tyrant with dagger (haste). dual daggers dont exist in official. dagger users:treasure hunter, plainswalker, abyss walker. dual weapon users: gladiator, bladedancer (btw, i put the 2nd class change for each class, as that's what they r normally referred to).

Tyrant for Damage Dealers
Spellsinger for Nukers
Temple Knight for Tanks
Silver Ranger for Archers

Daggers I don't know.. I think Plainswalker.
Overall the Tyrant is the fastest and after that all the dagger classes.

I think I'm right, correct me if I'm wrong.
