i just like to ask the level requirement on your first job Class transfer. please specify to every race ...eg.
HUMAN FIGHTER
WARRIOR (level requirement 12)
WARLORD (level requirement 30)
GLADIATOR (level requirement 40)
Again the above job class are just examples...

On every race and every class the 1st class transfer is at lvl 20. The 2nd class transfer is at 40 and the 3rd at 76. Good luck :)

The most balanced of them all is the Necro, at least from my point of view. The spellhowler is also very powerfull it just need more MP so it can be more expensive to level. I don't really like the Spellsinger so I don't know. The overlord is powerful aswell. But it's slow.
Pretty much every class has it's plus and minus...

spellsinger is high cast speed and low dmg output as well as low survivability (its an elf, u cant expect high hp>.>) as well as having lots of "dmg and slow" type spells, ie, the target is both damadged AND slowed. it is the water elemental wizard.
spellhowler has INCREDIBLE magic attack power, the highest in the game thanks to the fact that dark elves have high int scores. on the other hand, their cast speeds tend to be lower. they have a fair few curses as befits the dark elves' obsession with darkness. however, they are mainly the wind elemental mages.
sorceror, like spellsinger, has high cast speed. on the other hand, sorceror dosnt have the side effects of a spellsinger, for a sorc, it is damadge in its purest form. they are the fire elemental mages.
necromancers are the dark undead-friendly mages. they have a moderate casting speed and moderate dmg output. they also have a LOT of curses. if u want to curse ppl, necro is the one for you. they also have reasonable damadge output, however, their "best" damadging skill requires the consumption of an item (cursed bones). necros also have the ability to reanimate dead creatures and bind them to their will. thus necros almost always go around with a summon, which can both attack and absorb some of the necro's dmg taken.
the other mystic classes are all buffer type classes (whatever ppl tell u about the orcs, they are mainly buffers, they just have one life draining attack which consumes LOTS of mana, so is not all that much use in an emergency) most of these classes have curses/debuffs and other negative skills they can use to aide their allies and hinder their foes. they really need a party to shine though (unless u are a human cleric and fighting undead).
this is all i can think of ATM if anyone wants to add/correct anything, feel free to do so :)

so...Necro is suit for me.how about the status curse? can i put all together the curses at one time?
for example the slow ,freeze, confusion, and sleep.can i put all this together or if i put the slow curse then add other curse like confusion....what will happen after that? the first curse 'slow' will disappear?
other teory on wizard..
wizard have ice attack called the ice bolt which containing ice attribute in the attack right? if i attack the monster using the ice attack then the monster will become ice attribute or not?then add other combo like fire attack can or not?

curses stack, so a target can be gloomed, slept, silenced, anchored and whatever other nastiness u wanna throw at it. concerning the "use a skill with an elemental descriptor to change a target's type" i think i posted this somewhere else, but this will not work, otherwise some very strage things could happen (valakas is an ice creature......ice queen is a fire creature.......) however, there is nothing to stop u using a fire attack and an ice attack on the same target, and if these have curse effects (eg: slow from ice, continual hp reduction from fire) these will stack.

so dissapointed in the wizard stage before becoming necro.i couldent mix the combo on the ice and fire element attack but the skill surrender to fire might help me right?

if u have skills like surrender to fire and prominence or blaze, cast surrender to fire upon the target first. this will then allow your subsequent fire based attacks to hit harder

Hey I heard that when I get a character to level 76, my next subclass char will be level 40 at starting? Or something like that?

the monster will notice or not if i cast surrender to fire? Yes, it will notice and will attack you.
what other combo can i make in wizard position? Dont quite understand, maybe a reference to the surrender to fire letting you hit harder? In which case, all surrender type skills+their respective attack types.
Sleep/Hold Resistance -70%.what the hold mean? Hold is skills like dryad root/shackle etc. That is, skills which imobilize the target, NOT skills like anchor.
what the meaning of slow in wizard and necro? Reduces move speed-wind shackle reduces attack speed.
Hey I heard that when I get a character to level 76, my next subclass char will be level 40 at starting? Or something like that? All sub classes start at level 40 when you aquire them, you have to level them independantly.
