Are these lineage 2 servers or servers for another type of game ?

First of all thank you very much for your immediate responce!
The Elite and The Game are C4. The other two Crazy, Dreamnet are C5. I would be glad to answer in any of your questions in order to help you! Pls forgive me since I am new to the game!
If you could help me please tell me where can I find the Noobwars server for L2C4.
