I was wondering, if you can tell me, how do you pay playing on official server?

Actually there are many ways to pay...check the Official website...there you can find where and how to pay...at least here we can now play Official...since a company here is selling the keys and GTCs(game time cards)...I just go to their site ...print the form..pay at the bank...then 1-2 days later get the GTC...:D
