safe limit = +3
max limit = +20

Armors:
Upper and Lower: Safe +3 - Max +20
Full Body: Safe +4 - Max +20
Gloves, boots and helmets: Safe +3 - Max +20

about NPC Buffers: we have 2 tipes of NPC buffers, one with all 2nd Prophet buffs and one with all 2nd SWS Songs and BD Dances locate in center of Giran Castle Town
