Buffs Forum

I was looking for the perfect buffs for hawkeye in search engines and sites and i couldn't really find something helpful and today i was thinking why look in search engines and sites, while we are an informative lineage forum, so i figured why not open a forum for buffs (Buffs Forum) where we can make a thread for every character and its perfect buffs, buffs effects and etc...

Ok, this sounds very interesting and will offer great information to all lineage 2 players.

However, this would go into Lineage 2 Characters since its related to characters. So, what we need is some lineage 2 experts to research and write an article/tutorial about each character, how to buff it and how to pvp with it.

As you can see, such information is very rare to be found, even the official site does not have any information on how you should buff a certain character and how to pvp with it.

If we try to do this, it will be a huge project which will involve everyone one on this forum and other forums/servers as well. Because will have to study each character in lineage 2 and provide information on how it should be buffed and used in pvp.

I need more time to think about it and will get back to you later.

Yeah, but i still prefer to make a special forum for it, becuase it will be wide and will require a forum and we have to include some basic threads about all kind buffs and there effects and then similar buffs which is not recommended to use twice and the most important perfect buffs for every char.

Also it will be easy for players to find easy and quick what char buffs they are looking for and im sure if we open this forum it will get us more visitors and members.

Anyway, im working on it right now.

That's a very good idea.. and I agree with Someone about the part that we should make a separate forum for it..... did you know that there were 89 classes in Interlude... now with the Kamael classes we have 100 or 103 classes..

I understand but we are not going to study and research low level classes. You can't have a tutorial about Human Necromancer & another one about Human Soultaker, because its the same character.

In other words, we will write tutorials about third class characters only.

Regarding opening a new section for this, I don't agree with you. When your discussing buffs and pvp tactics for each CHARACTER, then it should go to Lineage 2 Characters. After all, this what this forum section is all about.

Ignoring this fact and opening a new section, will result in long term damage for Lineage 2 Characters and it will be always empty.

We can open a sub-forum under lineage 2 characters and call it Lineage 2 Tutorials or Lineage 2 Articles !?

Actually, as all servers are running practically the same software (Lineage 2), buffs should work the same in every server. The only things you need to bear in mind when picking buffs is the avaliability (is there an npc buffer? if not, the "correct" buff set is probably immaterial), duration (do songs/dances have the gimped 2 mins duration? (personally, I HATE this "update"-I played a BD on a 50x once with no npc buffer, using clan hall buffs and one or 2 from SoS, and couldnt use al the dances i needed before my mana ran out)), and buff limit. Sure, some servers may have an abundance of necromancers (oh the joys of noobs that think they are good by playing necromancers), but you never know if you will meet a titan or an archer (bet you'll wish you took shield then^^), so a balanced setup is preferred.

Yes, the buff section is a tricky one. Its important so we have to keep it but our buff advice/sugesstion will relay on the server buff time, buff limit...etc

Nonono, I mean the guy that thinks he's good because he plays a necro and then gets wtfpwnt by random-lvl-50-dwarf-newbie-guy-in-c-grade. People that think that, by playing necro, they get skill (I'm actually sticking up for necro as a class here o_O -the noobs give it a bad image)
