Hello, I wanna to show you fresh started c4 server, with 20x rate. Server is hosted in Romania, admin can speak properly in english :) Here you go, some informations:

• What kind of hardware it has?

* Machine # 1 Processor: Intel Xeon 3060, dual core, 64bit, 2.4GHz/1066Mhz, 4MB L2
* Memory: 8GB DDR2-667 ECC
* HDD's: 1 x 150GB S-ATA II WD Raptor, 1 x 250GB S-ATA II Seagate

* Machine # 2 Processor: Intel Xeon 3040, dual core, 64bit, 1.86GHz/1066Mhz, 2MB L2
* Memory: 4GB DDR2-667
* HDD's: 2 x 250GB S-ATA II Seagate (Raid 0)

• What server can offer?

- Very low pings. (For me with 512kbps, it's about 10-20)
- Fresh server, started 3 weeks ago.
- No anykind of modded crap like "full" c5, or "full" Interlude.
- Admin's trying to balance game by little nerfing mages, and getting fighters stronger.
- Totally no donations!
- All rates 20x (Exepty Quest reward (soon 5x, now 1x) and quest adena rate x1)
- Dualbox is allowed only till server hits 500 online.
- Still changing retail events (christamas one, actually)
- Quest items for 1st and 2nd class available to buy in luxury shop.
- Many free CH to buy.
- No mana pots, or any boosted regenerations.
- No GM shops.
- No NPC buffers.

Nice low rate server you have over there. I didn't know people still setup C4 servers but it seems they do.
