Elf or Dark Elf !?

If Dark elf, I would 100% go with:
Dark Wizard >> Spellhowler.

If Elf, im not really sure since I don't play it much but my choise would be:
Elven Wizard >> SpellSinger

Wizard is the attack mage or summoner progression, oracle is the support mage progression. Both oracles get some decent buffs like Vampiric Rage (Shilien) and Bless Shield (Elven), but the main benefit they bring to a party is their mana regeneration skills, and their ability to act as a secondary healer.
Summoners are a mix of offence and party support, especially with interlude and the arrival of the 3rd class change summons, which give them an edge in PvP, while still retaining the elves' buffing presence (Blessing/Gift of Seraphim). Dark Elf summoners, on the other hand, are more offensive summoners, with no buffs, but with more necro-type attack skills from their summons.

elven oracle cant practically rise himself...it is an assistant...on freeshard it is created as BOT and is made for mana and ressurection which can reach 80% of exp

elven wizard...what can I say...it is the 2 best wizard...necromancer is the best

Elven oracle has Disrupt Undead and Might of Heaven..they are probably one of the best soloing classes >.> (find a spot with light red undead that you can 2-hit and grind...)

it is theory...practically you can use those skills but if dont wanna get old untill you reach 40 I can give an advice...get yourself a manticore set and D duals...and this way is better...

I've always liked Disrupt Undead and Might of heaven... When i first played L2 back in c2 times, on l2j private servers you could cast those to everyone, non-undead monsters and even to other characters... that was fun.

Meh, I leveld fast with DU and MoH. Starting at level 20 in ruins of agony/despair, then moving to EG at about 30. You get more options after 40, but you can potentially level all the way to 80 on undead alone.

maybe what you say is OK but it`s more fun to rise a spellsinger or TH then oracle...
