Looking For a true L2 Server !

Hello guys!
I am looking for a Lineage 2 server where I can play as I always wanted.
Here are my requiments:
-Mid or High rate (15-5000+).

-Fun server; I mean it should have the features what a better pvp server has (autoskill learn, global gatekeeper, maybe gm shop etc.).

-Events and friendly GMs.

-At least 300 players online even in the worst times.

-Wihout donate or acceptable donation system ( where you can't buy godlike weapons and armors for money and ruin the whole server and the fun part of it).

-Off mod would be better but if I have no other choice then L2J will works too..

Btw I don't care if its C4, C5, Interlude or CT1; and a mostly english speaking community would sound great!

yeh lookin for server as well, my perfect one wuld be 50x50x50x c4 pref, c5 or interlude max, no ct1 plz plox.. no buffers, nor shops, retail like per say... enchant safe +3 max+3 but rly hard to get.. no spawnkills, xD tvt events just for fun no items given or summin like dat..probably just for 1 lvl or summin.. is survival of the fittest.. now dats a good server imo

ForgottenWorld its a new server since 1st of 2008 not many ppls there about 40-50
Interlude x12,and no donate,and more differend stuff like new pets or weapons,locations,materials,minerals,powerfull weapons
