Unlike other pvp servers, you don't get pk-ed in newbie areas. The first time I got pked was in antharas lair which is fair enough since I already was lvl 55.

I did get atacked in Varka Outpost "Spawn Location" and I used Bless SOE :D

GM Crodaddy warned the player and of course, I ran to the player first and killed him. Revenge is sweet :D

Rewards are given all the time. If I don't give reward meens that they had it in drops. Ex: Spawning 5-8 T-Rex is fun, they drop lifestone. So, if you get it, it's yours. And players show up in great numbers. More than half of the server was there last time i made this :)

I agree with the first part but... about the buffs. There are more than enough. I don't even use them all. You just have to know what buffs to give to what class. My Necro for instance has only 2 lines. I don't even get in the 3rd. And I can kill pretty much all the server. lol... The PKing all over the place is a bannable offense, especially if the killer is 20 levels higher than the killed. Anyhow, many had and have jail time for this.

As soon as you get to a higher level you will notice that it is not that hard to get a +15 or even +20 weapon. As a player (not GM) I made several high enchants... and I don't grind all the time to have LOADS of enchants. Maybe I'm just lucky?

well, in reference to the buff limit, it sux when u got full buffs on a titan and u start fighting a necro....suddenly ur missing smth like song of wind(the curses remove ur buffs) and then u need to go battle roar/frenzy.....oops, there goes might/greater might etc. etc. etc. oh, and i cant seem to get any enchant drops:S all i have is 1 +8 sword xD then again, i DID start as elemental summoner (prolly one of the hardest classes to solo(yes, i was trading a life stone for lvls >.>)) nick=Anjie.

Well, Im not having any issues with the buff limit since im playing a Necro like Red.

I do agree that a non-donator has very low chances against a donator. I checked the donation rewards ingame and I was supprised that you can get a 25+ weapon for 10 bucks, I was going to donate and get one for fun but the owner does not accept payment from credit cards. His prices are cheap comparing it to other servers I reviewed/played. You can get any item enchanted to +25 and most players choose a weapon.

The safe limit for enchants is 12+ and the maximam limit is 20+. The best I saw is 16+. Never heard anyone who got to 20+, even 16+ is very hard to get to.

A 16+ weapon vs 25+ weapon doesn't have much chances unless you have some backup/support, and if your facing a 25+ weapon & armor, then running is your best defense :run: :D

I made a +20 SoM while i was playing Unicum, my other regular player. I whanted to see when it'll crash. It didn't... +20 in one shot. So it can be done. i did it myself. I also made a +18 Arcana on Jagermeister but it crashed when I tried to get a +19. Today I crashed a pole at 16.

Indeed prices are very low here... Maybe I can talk to the Admin to accept your CreditCard. I hope he'll agree. Since I know you personally, i'd say there are lots of chances.

other issue(yea, thought id go back and test the higher rates): no summons in town. have u guys ever played summoners? u need to buff the summons with party buffs, which can be found in the npc buffer, which is in town, so u need ur summon in town with u to recieve the buffs.......

welll summons r not allowed on town since it makes the game lag, but u can still make a new char for buffs outside town xP... besides the rates r fairly high atm so u can get ur buffers up to high levels in no time.. ^^'

Well, I had this problem also. As a necromancer, I always try to have my summon buffed with me. I did break this law a few times, mostly when im going after an overpowered donator and would need all the power I can get, but I also leave the town ASAP after buffing my summon. I don't stay in town at all because it does lag the server.

With the new rates now, it should be easy to lvl a few buffers and get buffed outside the city. I don't even mind if they remove the NPC Buffers :hammer:

I am always buffing my summon in an unpopulated city ---> Heine... You port somewhere near Heine, kill a mob, summon and then /unstuck to Heine. BUFF the baby than port to Goddard or wherever... Just leave the town as soon as you get there. Or your summon might be killed w/o warning by a GM. I know, I do it all the time. :D :night:

It seems RED has been away for a while :D

Infusion is kinda of history now and to be honest with you, my clan also is at war with them. I drop most of them anywhere I see them, and they do the same to my clan.

We were pvp/pk-ing outside goddard, thats when GM TheSilence, called for an event in the collesium. I was really bored of pk-ing infusion and they were getting too many outside goddard, it was only me with my necro and Someone with his bishop.

So I went to the collesium with Someone looking for a fair fight with some good reward at the end, infusion clan did not like that at all and joined us since there would be no one to pk outside goddard.

When we got to the middle of the collesium next to the gm, we were all chatting but I WAS ready for anything since we were killing each others 2 minutes ago. They were also ready but tring to be cool and wait for the event to start.

FeelThis was so mad at me because I dropped him 3 times in a row outside goddard 5 minutes ago. He walked into the collsium and attacked me, thats when all hell broke lose, just before the event start's.

Little did he know that I was on high alert and my bishop "Someone" had me targetted to heal me. I also had 2 clan members who just walked into the event.

It was 4 of us vs 6 of them. The minute I got attacked, he was anchored then my next target was Spy, which I used silence on him. MyOriginalyti started hitting me but Curse of Abyss took care of him. The other 2 fighters were hitting me hard but my bishop took good care of me. All this took like 10 seconds, thats when my clan members realized that this is WAR !

They dropped like ants one by one, they had nobless and they were coming back again and again but it was useless, since we were organized with a bishop and they were in a state of panic and un-organized.

I know these guys are pro's and not easy to kill, after all, I pvp-pk them all day. I guess I got lucky that my all my curses landed, one curse on each fighter.

By the time the gm realized whats going on and said STOP, the fight was already over and they were all dead lol

We left the event since we were too lazy to re-buff and Infusion ended up killing themselfs in the event.

That was one of our stories with your clan :D

Hehehe, great story man... you know why this happened? Because Sexymama, Tiffa, Fullm00n and Jagermeister where not there. Sexy on his StormScreamer, Tiffa on the Gladi, FullM00n on the Bishop and Jagermeister on the Soultaker. Whenever we are there, we win. :D

Well, today was my last day here at TheMobGamers. I gave all my stuff away and left the clan, there is no need for a royal guard that isn't coming back.

The main reason is the spawn killing. I think I was killed today a hundred times in spawn, each time I would check if there is a GM to file complain but nothing. Even if the GM's are online, most likely they will ask for a screenshot to be posted in the forum, even if you do, the spawn killer will mostly likely get jailed for a day or 2.

Its funny, all those who killed me in spawn, I dropped them one by one, face to face. I guess the only way to take me down is while im in my loading screen.

Heck, some of these guys are experts in spawn killing, they would hit you with Fear, your character would start running away from the spawn area, then they would kill you, all this while your in spawn ! No, they don't do it because they fear the GM's, they do it to avoid being killed by NPC guards when they get karma.

Anyway, Its no big deal for me, I will just move on and hope that the staff of this server will start taking serios action about spawn killing. There is no fun from a player point of view, to be killed in loading screen, go back to town, rebuff and then get killed again in spawn !

Solution:
Reset told me a week ago they solved the spawn killing problem by, when a character respawn's in a certain place, it becomes invinsible for 30 seconds, which means no matter how many are tring to kill you, it won't work unless you move or attack someone !!

I don't really load a screen for a long time and have been able to pass Spawnkillers with my Strider, I have over 100+ pics in different angles of spawnkilling done, I currently have no intention of submitting them, it would not grant me a million dollars.

I had hoped to learn from you because you actually seemed experienced in PvP, it's not really pleasant to hear you're leaving now and forever.

A better solution would to make the place a Peaceful Zone, it may or may not be possible but the best solution would be efficient GMs...

However, as soon as you move, use a skill, or the time is up, people can start hurting you. This works to an extent (port in with only chant of revenge, sond of vengance and a +0 NM heavy set (with shield) and laugh as people kill themselves with reflect), but even so, if 20 ppl start hitting on you while youre in the protection, what chance do you have? as soon as you try to attack someone, you take 20k dmg (most classes will hit for about 1k) 20k dmg on anything is pretty much dead-maybe a tank can last the first blow, but not the second one hitting about 1-2secs later. Yes, spawnkilling is a real problem, and is probably best combatted by strict GM policing rather than peace zones etc (gatehopping ftw?) oh, and at buffing powind/ww/song of wind, I wouldnt rate your chances in pvp with those buffs (unless youre an archer)>.>.

PoW doesn't hurt at all, CoV only adds 1k Health, it's not a big sacrifice to me. SoW and WW also don't hurt me badly, after fully buffing with SoW and WW, I still have 1 buff left, I usually hope there's a Noblesse to fill this buff as a Noblesse Blessing on this server.

PoW reduces attack speed, pattack, pdef, mdef, c speed and hp compared to CoV. All it increases is crit rate and run speed, making it an inferior choise for any class but archer realistically.

Ok, finally i finished the Nobless Quest in the MobGamers and became a Noble :)

I made the quest in 3 days and had to stay one day and a half collecting 500 Moon Sharps, and thank god i didn't have to beg for players to come and help me kill Barakil, as Gen has encouraged them to help me and delevled them >>> Thanks to Gen :love:


We killed Barakil like in 5 to 10 mintues and i became a Noble :jump: :dance: :hammer: :dance: :cool:

Well, the high lvl characters are so afraid of new players, that they spawn kill them to keep them from leveling. I just put on my fresh unenchanted S grade gear and ported into imperial tomb. First time I was killed while still blackscreen. I tried going back twice more, at least those 2 times I was allowed to take a few steps before being pkd. There were about 10 people camping the port, and 3 of them were hitting me. Only reason I can see is that they are scared that I might lvl.

I don't think you need to give me your 25+ stuff. Talk to Gen ingame and make sure she types down what you have, that way you won't have any problems getting it back. She's really helpful so im sure you both can work something out.

Today, we heared the the sad news.

Tiffa, a well known player in TheMobGamers has passed away by a car accident on Sunday night "Jan/6/2008"

She was one of the strongest in the themobgamers server, as well as a professional lineage player. I did play with Tiffa and she was one of those who used to beat me in the game, although we were enemies, she was so nice and helpful and she did help me when I needed it. She also teached and helped so many players.

Tiffa was a respectful player and she never used bad or harmful words, neither to enemies or friends. She was the kind of player that you would enjoy playing with or against.

Tiffa, we will always remember you.
