Help about Death Peanlity Skill

When I'm killed this take from my lvl somthing like peanlity points. And how can I get off this. HELP!

Welcome to the forum taraking.

I think your talking about losing lvl when you die. Its a normal thing in the game and sometimes its a good thing. Ex: You de-lvl from 70 to 60 but still have lvl 70 skills << Good for those huntting for drops, adena and items.

Anyway, I don't know a way to remove it but I know that if you get res from a certain character, you won't lose lvl points. I think that character is Prophet.

There is also Bless Scroll of Resurrection which would resurrects a dead player without losing his/her exp.

There's a Death Penalty in Official....for all levels....you loose some skills or they decrease while you are in Penalty...also they stack so...if you don't use a Recovery Scroll for your grade, the next time you get a DP they will increase their level....So far I have got some Death Penalties in D and C...and I say that they are really boring...till you get rid of them...but since you can buy Recovery Scrolls for a fair(means not cheap in Official)price it's not a big problem...the only thing is that usually almost everyone don't take Recovery Scrolls with them...so you usually find yourself going back to city to buy it...
